The MiCOM P11x series relays are compact solutions for medium-voltage systems where current protection and/or earth fault protection are required. They are designed to work in systems where auxiliary power and voltage are unavailable or unstable. For this purpose, the relay has Self-Power and Dual-Power modes (P115 and P116).

The compact size of the P11x series offers flexible mounting options – they can be mounted on a control panel, on a rack, on a wall, on a DIN rail or in a roll-out position.

All devices have discrete inputs and outputs, as well as a built-in USB port for quick connection to the MiCOM S1 Studio

configuration software.

Depending on their application, the individual models of the MiCOM P11x relay are also equipped with specific functions.

 * Recording of all emergencies and deviations

 * RS485 communication ports

 * Capacitive discharge (sensitive trip coils, strikers and flags are available in P115 and P116)

 * Specifying Measurement Criteria: True RMS or Fundamental Frequency Current

 * Conventional CT inputs or compact design for use with low-voltage ring-core current transformers
